Meal Train Request

Please note that there is a lead time necessary to organize a Meal Train. When possible, let us know in advance of a planned surgical procedure so your meals can begin to arrive on the requested date. Otherwise, meals usually can begin to be delivered within 3 days of receiving your request. Fill out this form and submit it to initiate the process, and you will be contacted soon by our Meal Ministry Coordinator.

Also understand that while our desire is to meet your needs, this ministry exists purely on a volunteer basis and therefore we cannot guarantee that every meal request will be provided.
